Why we built it
Closing the split incentive.
In most rentals, the tenant pays the utility bills and the owner pays for upgrades, so the building rarely improves. Smarter Living closes that gap. We own the long-term performance of each home, so we invest in it, and residents feel the difference in comfort and bills.

Service requests
Submit service requests through your resident account in the Apartments.com app or website. Add a short description and photos. You'll get updates on the request there, and every message stays with your home's record.
For an emergency such as a gas smell, fire or flooding, call 911 or your utility first, then submit a request marked urgent.
